adorable stay

cozy room ideal location friendly staff

the room was cozy and the bed felt comfortable. the location proved ideal, a location near numerous bars and restaurants. staff members were also very nice, they are so friendly.

the air con units are noisy even when off.

noisy air con unsympathetic reception

The air conditioning units made a lot of noise, even when they were off. I asked to change rooms, but the reception staff didn't seem to care much about helping. It was disappointing, they showed limited interest.

cramped room improper shower

the room felt quite cramped. i booked what i believed was an executive room, yet it barely accommodated two suitcases. the bathroom lacked a proper shower setup, resulting in water covering the entire space after each use. it was not ideal.

sweet escape in le marais

helpful staff perfect location complimentary sweets

the staff was lovely, always ready to help with reservations or directions. i found it so comforting. the location was also perfect. i could easily walk to many cafes and shops, or catch the metro nearby for further explorations. i really enjoyed the little touches, like the complimentary sweets and coffee pods in my room. it felt so cute.

The room had a slight bleach smell upon arrival. But it faded quickly.

the hotel has a candy theme with whimsical decorations. you will notice it immediately upon entering. there is also an elevator, so reaching higher floors is no problem at all.

the staff speaks english and is very helpful. they assisted with reservations and cancellations. the reception is staffed around the clock, providing assistance whenever you need it. this added a lot of convenience to my stay.
